1. Eligibility

1.1. The Blockchain Anonymity-Accountability-Trustlessness Trilemma Challenge (the "Challenge") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

1.2. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of SYNNQ and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Challenge.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1. Participants must submit their solutions via the submission portal provided on the Challenge page.

2.2. Each submission must include a detailed description of the solution, technical implementation, and, if possible, a working prototype or simulation.

2.3. All submissions must be original work created by the participant(s).

3. Submission Deadline

3.1. The submission deadline for the Challenge is August 15th, 2024. No entries will be accepted after this date.

4. Judging Criteria

4.1. Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Innovation: Uniqueness and creativity of the solution.
• Feasibility: Practicality and realistic implementation of the solution.
• Effectiveness: Ability to balance Anonymity, Accountability, and Trustlessness.
• Technical Merit: Quality and sophistication of the technical implementation.

4.2. The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding in all matters related to the Challenge.

5. Prizes

5.1. The winner of the Challenge will receive 150.000 USDT and a secured position in the SYNNQ developer team, based in Dubai.

5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided at SYNNQ's sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. By submitting an entry, participants grant SYNNQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted solution for purposes related to the Challenge and for marketing and promotional purposes.

6.2. Participants retain ownership of their submissions and any associated intellectual property rights.

7. Privacy

7.1. Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purposes of administering the Challenge and contacting the winners.

7.2. SYNNQ will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

8.1. SYNNQ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Challenge, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond SYNNQ's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Challenge, as determined by SYNNQ in its sole discretion.

8.2. SYNNQ reserves the right to disqualify any participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Challenge or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. By participating in the Challenge, participants agree to release and hold harmless SYNNQ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Challenge or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law

10.1. The Challenge and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
